Profile Autones Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item and you wish to return it you can do so if you notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please email sales@profileautones.com.

We will provide with a returns authorisation number. You then need to return your items along with the authorisation number to:

England.

We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If your item is faulty, we will also refund the cost of postage to return the item back to us.

Please note items left for the courier to collect are at your own risk.

Items will not be credited back to your Profile Autones account unless and until they are received by Profile Autones in an unused and saleable condition.
